The person in this role will play a key role in the engineering team and at Presence working primarily on our interactive therapy platform experience team. What will you do at Presence? Implement the core functionality that our users see and interact with daily, making your role essential to the success of our business Works on the engineering team responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting all therapy sessions in our platform.  Use Python/Django to create  REST based microservices Deploy application components to the AWS cloud Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and technical product owners to write, test, and deploy your code safely to production Participate in a strong culture of ownership, pragmatism, testing, teaching, and learning Work closely with Product, Design, Platform Services, and Release Management teams to contribute to our application roadmap Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues within the application What are we looking for?   Full Stack Engineer with 7+ years of experience specializing in Back End development; Python/Django, and Javascript experience preferred. Solid understanding of building images/containers and deploying them via a modern container orchestration framework such as ECS, EKS/AKS/GKE, or similar Experience working and optimizing CI/CD pipelines Experience monitoring and debugging production systems  Ability to easily adapt, learn new things, and apply new technologies Solid understanding of Agile software development concepts Experience developing from a well-defined design system but comfortable enough to work with rough wireframes and mockups for prototyping. An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. Salary $160,000.00-$180,000.00 Where is this position located? Presence is headquartered in New York City with our clients located throughout the U.S This position is remote US based and may require travel This position will report directly to the VP of Engineering All employees commit to being available on-camera for our Core Working Hours, 12:00pm-5:00pm EST M-F
