The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: Are you an accomplished compensation expert with a fearless attitude and a talent for transforming compensation into a harmonious blend of science and art? If so, we're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Compensation (HOC). As the HOC, you will hold a pivotal role in molding our organization's compensation landscape. You'll partner with our Chief People Officer, collaborate with executives, confidently engage with the board when needed, and masterfully balance compensation methodologies with the startup ethos. Your expertise will drive the development of compensation structures incorporating the following key aspects: Equity Strategy: You'll apply your equity strategy experience to design compelling approaches that attract and retain top technical talent. Pay for Performance: You will develop pay-for-performance strategies that align with our company's growth trajectory and core values. Executive Compensation: You'll leverage your executive compensation experience to advocate for fair and competitive compensation practices. Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only) In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
