Creative Account Coordinator - Hybrid

MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented  Creative Account Coordinator to join the Marketing Team in Costa Mesa, CA! Individual reports to Director, Creative Account Management. Role is  hybrid . This role is a hybrid opportunity that requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa, CA office as needed. ABOUT THE ROLE Your usual day of awesomeness includes:    Lead a wide variety of creative projects (print, copy, web, app, display ads, social media, etc.) from start to finish including establishing timelines, monitoring progress, and delivery of assets.  Assist and Manage multiple projects and deliverables while thriving in a fast-paced, high-impact, yet fun and respectful environment. Liaise cross-departmentally to understand requirements and communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle. Task management and prioritization. Facilitate timely approvals on all copy, design, and creative work. Participate in brainstorming, marketing briefs, and creative reviews. Interact and help problem-solve with cross-functional departments including Marketing, Sales, PMO, and Product. Schedule kickoffs, reviews, and presentation meetings. Performs other duties as required. Business hours:  8:30 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. Hybrid (one day a week in the Costa Mesa office or as needed).  WHAT YOU BRING Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities. Working knowledge of creating project schedules and task dependencies. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership. A keen eye for detail. Experience with Wrike preferred or another PM platform. Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT). Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising preferred.
