About the role: In the role of Manager, Collections Support, your responsibilities include managing the early delinquency team, overseeing UCC filing process and skip tracing process, and much more. The main goal is to equip the Small Business collections team with an extensive array of tools to help clients address their delinquencies, all while upholding a standard of professionalism and empathy. This role will report to the Operations Manager, SMB Collections. Responsibilities: Manage the early delinquency team, with a focus on enhancing existing processes Provide oversight to an internal support team that serves both of our internal collections teams Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop and execute strategic initiatives to boost revenue Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to applicable regulation Requirements: 3 or more years of leadership experience in a related capacity Prior experience in a B2B collections Proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for working with diverse types of technology Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with multiple internal teams and external partners Comfort with a dynamic work environment and a demonstrated ability to adapt to change are crucial attributes For Colorado-based candidates, the budgeted range is $75,000-$85,000 but actual compensation may vary based on experience including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
