About the Opportunity
Salsify is looking for its next People Operations Advisor!
Salsify’s People Experience (PX) Team enables our people to do their best work by cultivating experiences that are flexible, unique, and meaningful for each individual at every stage of their Salsify journey. The PX Advisor will build unique, local employee experiences in the frame of Salsify’s global philosophies, culture, and practices.

The right candidate will ensure that we are creating the best possible culture while curating an environment that allows our people to have an impact and grow their careers.
How You'll Make an Impact:
The People Experience Advisor (PX Advisor), based in our Lisbon office, will be responsible for overseeing our employee experience and people operations in Portugal, UK, and Germany. This will include:
Being a key Advisor:
Key employee resource with a solid understanding of frequently asked employee questions.
Keeps a pulse of teams and employees through regular check-ins.
Coach managers and employees location specific practices.
Gather, package and surface feedback from the org and PX surveys to drive & improve experiences.
Act as a member and facilitator of the local leadership team; bringing topics to the team and driving discussions that matter to local employees
Partner with the People Experience team and managers on local operational processes: performance, termination, employee relations, promotions / role changes.
Handling day-to-day Operations: Execute operational programs (payroll, benefits, onboarding, etc) in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with international vendors (payroll, benefits, immigration).
Understand and build knowledge of the local market, HR benchmarks, trends, etc. to drive recommendations
Execution of operational tasks in local region(s) such as: contract creation and updates, onboarding / offboarding, coordination of local employee medical requirements, etc.
Office Manager for Portugal:
Ownership of the Lisbon office logistics: drive local events, and programs
Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to ensure connectivity with global PX programs and local rollouts

You have experience in a progressive People / HR organization and working cross functionally with all areas of the People Team.
You have the ability to influence change, as well as effectively deal with change management initiatives.

You are a great teammate and are willing to jump in where needed to get the job done.
Willingness to come to the office in Lisbon 2-3x/week! (It's a lot of fun!)
