Under CEO and Co-Founder Jennifer Hyman’s leadership, RTR has been named to CNBC’s “Disruptor 50” five times in ten years, and has been placed on Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list multiple times, while Hyman herself has been named to the “TIME 100” most influential people in the world and as one of People magazine’s “Women Changing the World.” About the Job: We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Creative Strategy to drive acquisition growth across our core marketing channels, including paid social, email, affiliate, influencer and OTT. In this role you will have end-to-end ownership of the creative strategy across funnel touchpoints for Paid Social, Affiliate, Re-marketing, and Programmatic marketing channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with our creative, analytics, site merchandising, organic social and brand teams to ensure our creative strategy aligns with marketing objectives and complements company-wide strategic goals.  What You’ll Do: Manage and refine the creative process and operation to maximize performance..  Lead quarterly and monthly creative strategy planning; inform editorial and channel-specific shooting concepts and cadence.    Own creative concepting across paid channels and email; partner with Brand & Integrated Marketing team to develop the creative strategy for brand and awareness campaigns.   Develop a data-backed experimentation roadmap to continuously test new hypotheses and concepts to drive revenue growth. Brief internal creative teams and/or external agencies to develop creative assets for all channels, ad formats, & placements and support ongoing creative testing and experimentation. Build robust feedback loops to share creative performance insights with the creative team on an ongoing basis.  As needed, create low-fi assets to ensure quick iteration in platform to maximize performance.   Brief and test landing pages and optimize the customer user journey from acquisition channels.  Build creative performance reporting with core creative KPIs based on user action(s) and analyze results in order to iterate new variations & tests.  Stay close to channel-specific creative trends and best practices. Ensure continued innovation by recommending and testing new creative and acquisition strategies, concepts, social-first trends, new or emerging channels and tactics to expand acquisition and retention efforts.   Build strong relationships cross-functionally and with external partners (vendors, agencies, publishers, etc) to help build integrated programs and efficient processes Collaborate with the broader Revenue and marketing teams and finance to ensure that paid marketing objectives complement company-wide strategic goals.  What Success Looks Like: You can own the end-to-end creative process to drive revenue growth, partnering with our creative teams and channel owners (social, SEM, affiliate, influencer, Display, TV, direct mail, email) across funnel touchpoints. You have a growth mindset to develop your own creative strategies and can develop and validate  hypotheses  through a test/optimize process to deliver results You build strong relationships across the revenue org to ensure brand alignment across all of our marketing efforts; you share learnings and insights on an ongoing basis celebrate wins together, and build and maintain a creative operation that ensure teams can operate at the velocity and scale required to hit performance goals. About You: BS/BA required 6+ years of experience in digital marketing; experience in paid social & video is required. Experience in Email, Affiliate & Influencer marketing is a plus. Growth mindset - ready to take on tasks outside of role with strong agility to change and to be flexible/resilient Experience in a competitive, fast-paced and challenging environment Data driven marketing approach (very comfortable with numbers/excel)  Passionate about marketing and marketing tech Hands on past experience working in media buying platforms (Meta & Google at a minimum) and past experience with diverse ad formats. Experience in consumer products or retail, startup and subscription-based businesses is a plus Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc) and JIRA  Knowledge of online analytics/business intelligence tools such as Looker, SQL, etc is a plus  Understanding of A/B testing Experience with managing large paid media budgets and agencies is a plus  Benefits: At Rent the Runway, we’re committed to the wellbeing of our employees, and aim to create a workplace that fosters both personal and professional growth. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
