Pure Storage is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Executive Sponsor. This newly created, leadership position will be responsible for creating and driving our executive engagement program.  Responsibilities will include effectively leveraging the Pure leadership team to elevate relationships with our most strategic global accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience driving internal strategy and customer relationships. Location -  New York/on-site WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... Success in developing processes, procedures, and guidelines to manage the day-to-day operations of an Executive Sponsor Program. Proven track record of building trust and advocacy with senior decision makers through peer-to-peer relationships to drive customer success. Voice of the executive while providing strategic consultation with sales teams to develop briefing engagements focusing on balance between customer objectives and sales goals. Possess a deep go-to-market knowledge and well-developed process management skills. Customer-facing, executive level experience with global enterprise relationships Strong executive briefing and coaching experience Proven understanding and application of strategic account planning methodology Executive communications and strategic account management experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree, or comparable education/experience required. Master’s degree/MBA is a plus. Desired skills: Ability to lead cross-functional programs and events to enable our Sales team and company to acquire new customers and grow our existing customer base. Proven track record program management and excellent communication skills with all levels of an organization, from Executive to Account Team.  Disciplined, self-starter that is adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty. Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company. Previous program management role at a high growth technology services organization. Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, SmartSheets  5+ years of executive briefing experience in the technology services industry. The annual base salary range is: $167000– $251000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
