We are looking for a Workday Integrations Engineer to join our team! In this key role, you will be responsible for the following:
Overview
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify optimal solutions for Workday modules, focusing on integrations and BIRT reports.
Work closely with HR OPS and other business leaders, providing insights and expertise on Workday Integration automation.
Lead cross-functional teams and work independently to develop solutions following Workday's best practices.
Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including design, prototyping, testing, and migration of practical solutions.
Oversee integration tasks for Workday implementation projects and troubleshoot production support issues.
Build relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of company-wide projects.
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
What You’ll Do
As the Workday Integration Engineer, you will manage Complex Integrations and related Configurations. You will be responsible for understanding existing Integrations, manage changes to them as neccessary
Designing and developing the solution using the Workday Integration tools such as Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio for HR & Payroll.
Develop monitoring strategy and triage integrations with up/down stream systems
Build trust and partnerships with direct customers and Payroll (Finance)
Plan and implement technology initiatives with compliance and risk mitigation in mind
Serve as a consultative partner for providing solutions and a point of view
Develop positive relationships with key internal partners, such as HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and external partners (vendors, consulting firms, implementation partners)
Proactively prototype functionality from semi-annual Workday releases, and maximize unused functionality to automate, streamline and address areas for improvement
Recognize Workday’s limitations and when necessary are suggesting alternatives.
Design scalable and efficient processes that supports our rapid growth while continuing to deliver an incredible employee experience
Provide support for end users helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Provide training, demos and documentation
Partner with end users to develop test strategy, test scenarios/scripts, as well as execute systems/E2E testing in preparation for user acceptance testing
Requirements
3+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 4 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
2+ years of Workday Integrations experience with expertise in Workday HCM, Business process, PGP encryptions, SSH, OAuth, Custom Report and Workday Security.
2+ years of hands-on experience in EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors and Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, DT, XML, CXML, XSLT, SOAP, Support workday interfaces with internal/external applications and databases, Report Writing (Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Composite & BIRT)
Familiarity with Workday Extends
Familiarity with ServiceNow Journey and Case management
Experience implementing systems in multiple regions, familiar with a global work environment
Strong problem solver, critical thinker and quick learner
Excellent verbal, analytical and consultative skills
Proficient in Google Suite and document collaboration techniques
Familiar with Agile methodologies
Ability to influence without authority
High attention to detail and proven track record managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Technical Acumen working in a Corporate Technology environment
Must be able to work 3 days in the office to start and full time in the office in the future

The annual base salary range is: $127,000-$191,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
