Senior Marketing Data Analyst PagerDuty is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to correlate goals to key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure accurate tracking is set up to report and analyze, set up automated dashboards and provide collaborative insights to internal stakeholders for performance reporting and optimization.  Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will focus on identifying and mapping KPIs on the sales assist funnel in a B2B SaaS environment. Additionally, you will work with key stakeholder groups like EMEA marketing, APJ marketing, and event marketing on KPI tracking enablement, create performance reporting dashboards, and deliver insights.  You speak the language of marketers as well as data analysts, translating business questions into technical requirements. You are analytical and thrive when extracting insights from complicated datasets, building and delivering a narrative that’s accessible to stakeholders at all levels in the business.  You will partner closely with marketing operations, sales operations, and business intelligence to properly align tracking and consistency across your stakeholder group reporting and analysis.  Key Responsibilities Take ownership of both front and back-end tracking & reporting. Work with regional marketers and sales to ensure proper & adequate tracking on sales assist funnel and take an active role in identifying & resolving gaps.   Provide stakeholders with dashboards and reports on the sales assist funnel and identify key insights & opportunities for improvement. Actively participate in a global, collaborative analytics team. Support fellow teammates in knowledge building & sharing, QA’ing code, and creating documentation of best practices. Document how tracking was implemented and how dashboards were created for transparency and visibility for stakeholders and cross-team members. Support stakeholders by providing counsel, expertise on-going education and training, and recommending marketing reporting solutions to business challenges. Basic Qualifications 4+ years working with marketing analytics data in a B2B environment 4+ years of experience collaborating with global teams and engaging with stakeholders virtually 3+ years of experience creating data sources and dashboards in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker 3+ years of experience using Salesforce CRM data Advanced SQL skills Preferred Skills Familiarity with marketing attribution models and methodologies Experience with data science toolkit (R or Python) Experience with CDPs (ie. Hightouch, Segment, Klaviyo) Experience with digital analytics tools (ie. GA4, heap, amplitude) Experience in a SaaS environment   Not sure if you qualify? Apply anyway!
