YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
Meaningful Matches (MM) is Nuna’s machine-learning algorithm that helps with network curation, supports online provider directories for smarter primary care physician (PCP) choices, and provides a solution for matching members with PCPs who will deliver the highest quality care at the lowest possible cost.
As Sales Lead, you will be responsible for all revenue generation for Nuna’s Meaningful Matches product. You will be commissioned on a sales quota, and responsibilities will include:
Identifying new leads, segmenting the market, tracking and coordinating communication, and generating content for pitch meetings
Delivering sales pitches to prospects
Pursuing new leads and winning key accounts that advance Nuna’s Meaningful Matches presence and reputation
Consistently “keep the ball moving” with many simultaneous leads and opportunities
Direct cross-functional efforts to engage and expand business, across product, data science, engineering, and the executive team
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
Excitement to be on the road selling
Track record of owning (and beating) sales quotas for a product in the healthcare industry
Experience single-handedly owning a sales process, from qualification to close
Strong relationships within the healthcare industry, particularly health plans
Excellent, succinct written and verbal communication skills
Deep knowledge of managed healthcare companies - healthcare plans, products, operation and sales
Experience in identifying and creating pipelines for new business growth
Ability to keep detailed records in a CRM
Experience selling to C-level executives
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
Experience selling at large health insurance companies
Ability to understand AI in healthcare and its impact
Experience as a Healthcare Consultant working with health plans and large employer groups
Deep knowledge of advance primary care
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $125,000 to $175,000, plus commission. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, and skillset.
