The role of the Senior Talent Programs Manager is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of key People programs including leadership development, performance management,  succession planning, and development of our high potential talent. This role offers a broad range of projects and programs, working collaboratively with People Business Partners and business leadership to measure organizational capabilities and deliver development solutions utilizing learning principles and sound instructional design.   What you get to do every day Partner with the People Business Partners and key stakeholders to assess needs and implement programs and tools to accomplish business and talent management objectives. Design easy to navigate programs for goal setting, ongoing feedback cycles,  performance management and leadership excellence.  Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify talent and program gaps, and design scalable programs that drive talent development. Lead Talent Program design projects through the lifecycle, from project scoping to analysis, design, development, implementation, and effectiveness measures using metrics and analytics. Serve as subject matter expert in development trends, training tools, and learning platform capabilities, including identification, and implementation. Design and oversee a comprehensive talent development program that promotes a culture of learning, growth, and career progression. Work individually and collaboratively to meet deadlines and expectations set for talent development initiatives. What you bring to the role  Bachelor’s degree in related field and 7+ years of progressive experience (or equivalent combination) in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Talent Management or related experience Technical experience in leadership development and/or instructional design Excellent facilitation skills with strong ability to drive participant engagement  Experience with Talent Management Systems (experience with Lattice preferred) Strong analytical ability and experience using data to identify insights and problem-solve Ability to build a cohesive program strategy and execute  Strong communication skills and proven ability to partner with key stakeholders to deliver content and programs to meet business needs   Why you will love working at Human Interest Mission  - Highly collaborative startup dedicated to supporting employee engagement and growth. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans from a minimum of $148,000   in our lowest geographic region to a maximum of $165,000   in our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonus, commission, and equity may be offered.
