Core Account Executive:
Hotel Engine is looking for individuals who are motivated to exceed expectations. The Core AE will be responsible for prospecting and identifying leads for our Commercial AE’s and owning the full sales cycle for SMB deals with new business customers.Hotel Engine's Account Executives are team players who are always adapting, using their intuition, and being creative in their approach. Here's what you'll do:
Understand and convey Hotel Engine’s mission, value proposition, and product to future customers
Manage a full-cycle sale; from prospect to close for SMB customers
Increase revenue through outbound activities, including cold calling and emailing
Utilize lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo and Salesforce
Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls and demonstrations for commercial deals
Meet specific monthly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals while continuously improving sales skills
Become a power user of our tech stack by learning Salesforce, ZoomInfo & Outreach to efficiently manage your day.
Here's what we're looking for:
Location: you must be based in Denver Scottsdale, or Chicago Metro area to considered
2+ years B2B sales experience in a fast paced environment (bonus if you have full-cycle closing experience)
Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline with consistent performance against various KPI’s/sales metrics
Eagerness to work hard, exceed expectations and outperform quotas
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Pristine verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, self-directed and resourceful professionals ready to grow their careers
Work Hours & Location:
This position is required to be based in Denver or Scottsdale Metro area - remote first culture with potential to go hybrid
This position will require you to be available during core business hours, 8:00am - 5:00pm MT
Cash compensation:
The base salary for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 per year + variable / OTE starting at $75,000 (uncapped with the opportunity to overachieve)
Transparent growth trajectory for this role:
Sales Executive - $100,000 OTE (Base + Commission)
Account Executive II - $90,000 OTE (Base + Commission)
Senior Account Executive I - $130 OTE (Base + Commission)
These roles include uncapped commission
