What You’ll Do
Lead Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations Teams: Direct and oversee Lambda's Supply Chain and Manufacturing ensuring alignment with our business objectives and overall strategic plan
Tight knit process building and work with Datacenter Operations Team: Work on scalable process flows between Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations and Datacenter Ops teams for deploying hundreds of millions of dollars of capex
High-Performance Team Building: Build and lead a high-performance team capable of supporting deployment of billions of dollars' worth of GPUs into data centers, maintaining quality standards, and meeting operational goals
Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit world-class talent to strengthen the operational capabilities of the organization, fostering innovation and continuous
Financial Management: Manage operations with a strong focus on achieving financial outcomes. You will work closely with finance teams to ensure operations align with the company's financial objectives
Supply Chain Management and Vendor Relationship Management: Oversee and optimize supply chain processes to ensure the efficient and cost-effective delivery of components and products, with a track record of managing $500M+ supply chains
Engineering Outlook: Work closely with our engineering and product teams to outline new product introductions and their timelines
You
Have extensive hands-on experience in an operations role with a proven track record in managing supply chains and manufacturing organizations, with a minimum annual budget of $500 million
Have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field
Possess a strong financial acumen, ability to read P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reports, and make decisions based on those financial statements
Have a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performance teams, foster innovation, and drive operational excellence
Nice to Have
Familiarity with the data center, cloud, and computer industry is a significant advantage, contributing to a better understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these markets
Advanced educational degrees in a related field

Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $250,000-$340,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
