FACILITIES
What You'll Do
As the leader of Epic’s Facilities team, you will manage Epic’s Facilities Operations and Facilities Project Management teams (inclusive of project management, design, and construction). You will be responsible for leading a global team and creating and maintaining collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders. You will build a strong understanding of business requirements and priorities, then lead your team to develop and execute strategies that achieve business objectives.
In this role, you will
Define and continuously shape the business vision for Epic’s Facilities team, including defining the optimal team/organizational structure
Define and own achievement of global goals, including implementing specific success measures and establishing effective mechanisms to drive team performance against goals
Efficiently manage facilities operations for Epic’s 50+ global studios
Ensure on-time and on-cost execution of planned and in-flight construction projects
Manage and own financial results for operating Epic’s studios globally, including driving cost reduction efforts across the portfolio (capex and opex)
Support the growth and development of a team of 20+ employees as well as oversight for all external vendors and contractors supporting Epic’s Facilities organization
Build strong relationships with internal business stakeholders and a strong understanding of their strategic business direction and priorities
What we're looking for
15+ years' experience in facilities operations and project management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience leading global teams
Strong business acumen, including understanding and practical application of relevant market/industry trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
