Position Overview
As a Global Commercial Training Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of all training content to support the development of our Commercial DV employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop and maintain commercial employee training content which drives improved onboarding speed, customer satisfaction, and opportunity win rates. Success will be evaluated based on the commercial team’s ability to use our LMS platform in a self-service capacity, finding the information they need quickly to do their jobs effectively.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage the maintenance structure of training materials and documentation.
Deep collaboration with subject matter experts to develop content for training materials, documentation, e-learning modules, and live sessions.
Document key processes and resources as described by the Manager, Training & Onboarding
Performing regular content audits to ensure content is accurate, optimized, updated, and relevant to the target audience
Creating and maintaining a streamlined content calendar library
Manage and organize documentation and training resources
Help record video content and secure material for onboarding and training modules.
Participating in special projects as identified by Manager, Training & Onboarding
Manage and/or participate in ongoing training content improvement initiatives.
Assist Manager, Training & Onboarding with training engagement, participation feedback, and accountability for training initiatives (proof point exercises, surveys, assessments, etc.)
Analyze adoption and usage data of onboarding content and provide recommendations for improvement to the Manager, Training & Development.
Collaborate with Learning & Development and cross-functional teams to ensure unified Commercial training content is aligned with organizational goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Excellent verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage training sessions
Excelled written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to create new written documentation and presentations, and edit others’ content for accuracy and completeness
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven recommendations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with e-learning tools is a plus
Experience supporting a global / multi-market commercial organization is strongly preferred.
