Team Lead, Account Management Location:  Paris, France Reporting Relationship:  Director, Account Management Southern Europe Position Overview As a Team Lead you will be accountable for the people management of Account Managers based in Paris, in addition to managing a strategic account portfolio for the company. You will work very closely with management and cross department teams such as Implementation, Finance, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure delivery of world-class customer service. The Team Lead plays an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for driving ongoing client product needs. The Team Lead is also responsible for educating customers and team members on all aspects of the DoubleVerify product suite and how products can be leveraged to meet their goals and objectives. Responsibilities : Development and oversight of the French Account Management team Manage and/or participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives Proactively oversee assigned portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and up-sell potential within existing client base Ensure the quality of services and solutions, including satisfactory resolution of all support requests, and troubleshooting of all reporting, ad-serving and data issues Understand and effectively communicate DoubleVerify’s value proposition, technology, and partnerships as relates to growth of current and prospective client accounts Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales and Finance Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across senior and mid-management levels Participate in client meetings to understand partner goals and objectives Attend offsite meetings, conferences and industry events as necessary     Qualifications: Strong customer facing experience and a deep understanding of the digital media/advertising industry Fluent French & English language skills Direct team management experience in a fast-paced environment  Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Salesforce experience of building reports and defining client organization hierarchy Strong process management and analytical skills Strong organizational skills, rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive “can-do” approach Proven ability to balance the need of the customer while maintaining corporate objectives Ability to work with internal and external customers to find solutions to challenges Passion and desire to play a key role in driving new business to success in the advertising technology space Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Not-so-fun fact:   Research  shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of job criteria, women and other marginalized groups tend to only apply when they check every box.
