We are looking for a Developer to ensure alignment of our web design and user experience requirements, to optimize our web experience for maximum efficiency and maintain brand consistency across all of our web pages. In our Global Digital Marketing organization, this diverse role will work closely with our wider marketing team to ensure all elements of web creation are on brand and consistent. Key Responsibilities :   Build new systems using ReactJS. Experience with Javascript, Typescript, Tailwind, Nodejs, HTML, CSS is highly preferred  Develop responsive web front-end code using React to both rapidly create responsive web apps to meet end users' needs and create a modularized set of front-end components that make it easier to maintain and reuse for future capabilities and applications Translate designs and wireframes into visually appealing internal and consumer-facing UI/UX applications Take requirements produced by the product development team and build performant, high-quality code that delivers the expected functionality Participate in design discussions and help guide the direction of the product implementation   Required Experience/Skills:   2+ years of experience in developing frontend applications   Experience with React/React Native, experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, TypeScript and JavaScript is preferred    Proficient understanding of security, cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues   Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred    Experience with DevOps practices and modern CI/CD deployment models  Experience with web services API integration   What Diligent Offers You   Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
