Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a talented and motivated candidate to fill this role who will work with the team to support Archer’s marketing channels and help take on responsibilities including:
Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, tracking progress and reporting on results.
Social Media Management: Manage Archer’s social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and TikTok.
Content Creation: Work with our content team and partners on the creation of marketing collateral, including social media content, event assets, email campaigns, and more.
Event Coordination: Help support Archer’s marketing leaders in the planning and coordination of marketing events, speakerships, and trade shows.
Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor marketing performance, gather insights, and prepare reports for the marketing team.
Influencer Management: Assist with influencer marketing efforts and ensure all relationships are properly represented on Archer’s brand channels
Content Management: Maintain and organize Archer’s growing library of photo and video content
What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
2-3 years of experience in marketing or related role
Social media management experience for an established brand
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong and versatile copywriting skills
Dedication to being an excellent teammate, collaborator and communicator
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in photo and video editing software is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Knowledge of eVTOL technology or the aviation industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and as a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Passion for innovation and a keen interest in the future of transportation

At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $66,000-$82,500. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
