Had a lot of fun along the way! #lifeatbox What does our GTM Operations team do and how do you fit in?  Our local GTM Operations team partners on multiple initiatives with stakeholders spanning Sales, Marketing & Services teams, Compensation Design & Administration, Finance, Systems & Data Management, and more. Our responsibilities range from: providing top to bottom sales cycle business analytics & insights, leading our sales forecasting & pipeline generation motion, managing our Salesforce data hygiene and upholding/developing Box’s internal processes. Cross-functional collaboration & data-analytics is at the heart of this highly visible team! As the GTM Operations Placement student YOU will join this dynamic team, supporting various ad hoc & recurring projects designed to improve operational excellence and accelerate our growth in the EMEA region.    What does that mean day to day? Run the business processes, such as building & delivering weekly performance reports, structuring & driving team meetings, and maintaining CRM data-hygiene. Driving projects end-to-end, supporting business leaders with initiatives aligned to our go-to-market strategy. Diving-deep into complex data-sets to provide insights & recommendations to our EMEA leadership team.   What is Box looking for?  Communication -  you build relationships through your strong phone / video presence and excellent written language capability. Drive – demonstrates a level of resilience to overcome objections and have a “can do” attitude to delivering personal goals.  Attention to detail: Everybody makes mistakes, even the most detail oriented employee. You will be detail oriented by nature, learn from mistakes and able to prioritise effectively ensuring quality on sometimes tight deadlines. Analytical: We are looking for students who are more analytically inclined and interested in developing a career path in strategy, operations or analytics.   To be eligible you must be an undergraduate student in a placement year course returning to study Autumn 2025, you also will need to have the right to work in UK already in place.
