Why Box needs you: As our team has grown to take on new and exciting challenges in EMEA, we are seeking a People Operations leader to drive compliant, efficient, and meaningful programs. The Team Manager , People Operations will be an influential leader and trusted consultant, leading through high-growth in the EMEA region. You will blend people, process, and technologies into an optimal mix to deliver best-in-class People programs. You will have the opportunity to work across Box as a People process expert, applying your knowledge to helping other functions understand how to optimize their efforts in working with and alongside the People Ops team and help deliver exceptional processes in the moments that matter.  This role will report to the Director, Global People Operations with additional support and partnership with the global People & Places team. What you'll do: Develop & strengthen a team - Lead a team of People Operations professionals, as well as stay closely connected with our global People Operations teammates. Drive for high data integrity, strong & well-documented processes, and holistic problem solving Serve as a trusted consultant & designer – Work with the People Team and their closest partners to understand operational opportunities, and design solutions to scale business processes in high-impact programs Be a reliable partner – Work together with People Ops’ global key stakeholders (COE's) and People Partners to drive and execute company-wide People initiatives and programs while keeping in mind the Boxer experience Improve processes & leverage technology - Spearhead continuous process improvement within core People processes, identifying opportunities for automation and scale; embrace and advocate for technology adoption (particularly of our own product, Box!) across our entire People Team to help improve our collaboration and efficiency Keep us safe, secure, and compliant - Partner with employment counsel to ensure compliance with domestic and international requirements across the employee life cycle – from internal policies to external compliance Who you are:    Required Skills Local knowledge: experiences in operations/systems/local processes/employment law; navigating complexities of EMEA markets, from our largest offices in Poland, the Netherlands, and the UK to our smaller employee populations in France & Germany Strong leadership & relationship-building : proven experience in influencing and guiding a team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders; leading with empathy and thoughtfulness. Building strong cross-functional relationships across various geographies and timezones. Process design & ownership: demonstrate proactive ownership by offering innovative and constructive improvement projects to scale processes; aptitude in creating, refining, and rolling out internal policies and processes; demonstrated success in change management with diverse stakeholders Problem solving: ability to get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines Discretion: operate with discretion, integrity, and respect with engaging with sensitive issues or information Adaptability : quickly analyze, understand, and adapt to new situations and business problems Creativity : constructively challenge the status quo for purpose of improving outcomes or processes HR Knowledge : 5+ years applicable HR Operations experience Languages : You have fluency in both spoken and written English and Polish Preferred Skills  Experience in Workday and with HRIS transactions 1-2+ years of people management EQUAL OPPORTUNITY   We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
