You’ll be part of the team responsible to delivering safe and secure facilities for Boxer’s to do their best work. Your presence in our reception area will give Boxer’s confidence in the security program and be available to address day to day issues our Boxer’s experience in Poland. You will also partner with our US-based Physical Security team to provide updates about the local office, lend a helping hand for events or coordination with vendors and also be a regional liaison for our London office. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide excellent customer service for all Physical Security related requests within EMEA. Address internal customer tickets, produce badges and partner with Workplace Services to provide a seamless experience for employees and guests. Support the Physical Security Operations team with events, emergency management, investigations. Support the Physical Security Technology team with technical support and coordination for access by 3rd party integrators. Monitor access control and video system for all Box sites globally. Investigate and acknowledge alarms/alerts generated within the Poland office.
