WHY BOX NEEDS YOU The Box Treasury Team is looking for a self-driven Sr. Treasury Analyst to assist with cash management, cash forecasting, banking and foreign exchange exposure activities. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Treasury and offers opportunities to work with a dynamic team to grow and deepen your Treasury skills while also gaining exposure to a broad scope of Treasury and Finance activities.   WHAT YOU'LL DO Support the Treasury Sr. Manager in global cash management operations, including daily positions in multiple entities and accounts, and weekly reporting. Assist in managing Box's global banking relationships, including opening/closing bank accounts and partnering with legal to maintain appropriate corporate governance over global bank accounts including signature cards, board resolutions, and local compliance filings (KYC). Collaborate with Global Controllership teams and SP&A to prepare, analyze, refine and optimize accurate cash forecasts. Assist in implementing additional modules in Kyriba Treasury Management System including FX Hedging, cash management and investments. Ensure treasury activities are in compliance with company policies, debt covenants, and internal controls. Collaborate with IT/ES on various data integration and automation projects, propose and design ‘best-in-class” streamlined processes, look for continuous improvement opportunities, and perform system testing for project implementations. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or other applicable discipline 4+ years of relevant Treasury experience; publicly traded multinational high-tech a plus Familiarity with banking portals (CashPro, WF CEO) preferred Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba), ERPs (NetSuite) a plus Familiarity with foreign currency matters and FX hedging a plus Quick and independent learner, team oriented, acute attention to details, and strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a flexible first, hybrid work environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing to meet deadlines Advanced proficiency MS Excel and PowerPoint (pivots, v-lookups, formulas, functions) Head-over-heels about this role — but not sure you meet all the requirements?
