Today, Box powers 100,000+ businesses, including many top Fortune 500 companies who trust our secure collaboration platform to manage the entire content lifecycle.   WHAT YOU'LL DO Collection, preparation, and administration of monthly International payrolls input for their area of responsibility complying with contractual and statutory obligations. Manage relationship with our global payroll providers with focus on the accuracy and timely receipt of payroll reports. Collect and validate all required new starter documentation, payroll tax forms, bank details. Liaison with the People Operations team to ensure all inputs for contractual changes and any variable input are confirmed. Processing of statutory payments – maternity, paternity, parental leave and sick leaves Manage employee payroll related queries Coordinate payroll approvals and funding instructions with management. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Assist with the preparation of monthly accounting payroll journals and accrual reports. Providing administrative support to the Finance functions and data analysis using Excel. Support the International Payroll team with various ad-hoc, year-end activities. Liaison with our internal People Ops, Benefits, Commissions and Equity Teams and maintain good relationships. Standard Working hours 10:00am-18:00 CET. Overtime as needed WHO YOU ARE Minimum 1 year of Polish Payroll Experience working for a Global/ International Company and international payroll knowledge will be an added value Good knowledge of Polish legislations (Tax law etc) English and Polish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills  Experience working with 3rd party payroll providers is ideal Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivots) Excellent organization and time-management skills Being attentive to details and respect confidential information Being proactive and having good communication skills Team-player who can also work independently Experience with Workday, CloudPay and Netsuite will be an added value Percentage of Time Spent: Operational: 40% Payroll Input Preparation - data gathering for submission to CloudPay 35% Payroll Analytic Preparation and review of reports post payroll processing ready for approval 10% Responding to Employee queries 5% Month End tasks - payroll journal preparation for accounting Projects: 10% Ad-hocs BENEFITS Please check a short summary of the main benefits available for all Box employees in Poland:  Benefits One Pager - Poland We also offer Equity and ESPP - for more details, visit  this webpage For more details on benefits available for Poland Boxers, please check out:  Box Poland Benefits + Perks EQUAL OPPORTUNITY We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
