What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who will be high-performing with experience in prospecting and winning new customers in the alternative asset space. This role will be responsible for identifying potential customer needs, and onboarding new customers onto the Alt platform. An Alt Account Executive should be immersed in the hobby, have a strong understanding of buying and selling dynamics, marketplace friction points, industry trends and buying and selling cycles, strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
The impact you will make:
Support the building of Alt’s customer base in the alternative asset space
Closing sales and working with client through closing process
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Develop and execute strategies to grow and manage your pipeline
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Maintaining database (Salesforce, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Understand the industry trends and communicate insights from the field to internal stakeholders
What you bring to the table:
A passion for trading cards and collectibles
3+ years of experience in sales or related experience
A consultative sales style with strong experience selling solutions
Solid sales foundation built through sales training and practical experience
Highly motivated and results-driven who will hit the ground running
Entrepreneurial with a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

Alt's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We want all full-time employees to be invested in Alt and to be able to take advantage of that investment, so our equity grants include a 10-year exercise window. The base salary range for this role is: $70,000 - $90,000. Offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
