With a track record of successful go-to-market initiatives, along with ABM and content and campaign expertise, the candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts across continents, developing effective strategies, and ensuring seamless execution in the European market. If you are self-motivated with a deep understanding of product positioning and product introductions, this is an exciting career opportunity for you.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with the company's European growth goals.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the US, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align strategies and execution.Drive successful product launches, market entry, and expansion initiatives.Leverage your ABM expertise to craft tailored strategies for high-value accounts, resulting in impactful engagement and conversion.Develop compelling content and campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences, driving awareness, consideration, and conversion.Conduct thorough market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.Define Europe-specific value propositions and positioning to address specific market needs.Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and partnerships.Continuously monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics to adapt strategies and seize emerging opportunities.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for go-to-market initiatives.Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate progress, opportunities, and challenges related to go-to-market efforts.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in go-to-market, business development, or related roles.Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies within the European market.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.Proven ABM knowledge and experience, including account identification, engagement strategies, and results measurement.Content and campaign development expertise, with a focus on creating impactful content and orchestrating successful campaigns.Excellent leadership and team management skills, including building and leading high-performing teams.Effective communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.Comfortable working in a global context and coordinating strategies with teams in different time zones.Proficiency in using relevant tools and technologies for market analysis, ABM, and content/campaign execution.Plug Power, Inc. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
