You will partner with CS Communications Business Partners to help motivate their teams with clear and inspiring messaging and represent the POV of their employees in planning conversations. And we have fun doing it.  ResponsibilitiesHere is how you can contribute to our team and our organization: Work with Communications Business Partner to drive communications programs that showcase the strategic priorities and impact of the Customer Success organization and the Customer Technical Success (CTS) divisionInvestigate and create content that elevates the CTS business and highlights the accomplishments of the CTS teamPartner with fellow Communications Specialists within CS to showcase cross-team collaborations that drive exceptional customer and employee experiencesPlan and execute high-quality written and visual content including email newsletters, website, slideshow presentations, and video content to tell stories about the CTS business and teamThink creatively to drive content engagement and manage processes, guidelines, and tools, working with engagement metrics to inform approaches to content creation and deliveryIdentify and collaborate with stakeholder groups to develop key program relationships, gain knowledge of the business, and drive meaningful content creationBring an innovative and creative mindset to projects and collaborate with colleagues on the CS Communications team to implement central communications programs and events, as well as to share learnings and best practicesMinimum Qualifications  Proven project management skills that demonstrate a high level of organization and the ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job doneEnthusiasm for storytelling approach that leverages strong visual, written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills: flexibility, patience, creativity, and the ability to adjust work style to different partnerships and changing prioritiesStrong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including Microsoft Word and PowerPointFamiliarity with collaboration technology, including Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mural, Asana, etcExperience working in a global team and/or in the technology industry a plus but not requiredIf this job sounds exciting to you, and you only meet some of these qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
