Job Requisition ID #23WD72534Position OverviewWe are growing our team in Croatia and are looking for outstanding individuals to join us and help us change the future of manufacturing. As a Software QA Engineer you will be working as part of an Agile scrum team on Fusion Team product services. In your role, you will be working on designing and developing automatic tests on new or existing software and analyzing test results to ensure delivery of high-quality software. You will be responsible for improving the quality, stability, reliability, and usability of high-quality software deliverables and deliver top quality Cloud software.Responsibilities Candidate is expected to work with scrum team to perform manual end-to-end testing on time and at high quality that conforms to user story acceptance criteria.Candidate will be responsible for Backend E2E Automation of features developed within the Scrum team.Candidate will be responsible for defining, writing, and maintaining automated tests to ensure continuous quality of the service, application, or feature.Candidate is expected to drive automation coverage, identify improvement opportunities in the scrum team and establish good tools & QA practises to achieve the same.Candidate would be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and debugging features that are developed.Candidate is expected to understand requirements and translate them to test plans for functional or regression testing.Candidate is expected to be very passionate about writing assertions that match business acceptance criteria’s, what goes in which stack of testing pyramid, maintaining stability of automation, and attacking flakiness, etc.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.2+ Years of experience as a Software Engineer in Test or Software QA Engineer.Experience with any of the programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, TypeScript, etc.Experience with any one of popular BDD Methodologies and/or frameworks/tools like Cucumber, JBehave, Rest Assured, Karate, etc.Experience with various tools for performance testing of Rest API’s such as JMeter.Experience with writing quick scripts in postman to test Rest API’s.Experience with GIT or similar versioning control system.Hands-on experience with testing backend applications.Strong in trouble shooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.Solid familiarity with QA methodologies.Excellent communication and written skills.Preferred QualificationsPreferred to have experience working with scalable, high-quality cloud services.Preferred to have experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Kibana, New Relic.Preferred to have experience with any one of Frontend automation framework like Cypress, Protractor, etc.#LI-MM1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
