Job Requisition ID #23WD71413Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for a Solutions Architect, Marketing Technology to work hybrid/remote on our Chief Operating Officer's Architecture team, reporting to the Distinguished Architect. You will join a team of architects who take Autodesk through a digital transformation that focuses on a taking our business models to a new modern tech stack. You will provide strategic solutions and help define and enable our marketing strategy, go-to-market success and influence the way we operate by identifying and defining a scalable and secure technology stack.Preference for candidates in the Bay Area or US in Pacific through Eastern time zones.ResponsibilitiesYou will holistically lead solution architecture to create and guide the direction and development of the strategic roadmap to support MarketingDefining end-to-end system architecture across third-party systems and internal systems for marketing goalsCollaborate with Product & Engineering ManagersStay on top of the latest innovations in the Marketing domain in areas such as Data, Data Policy, systems including DMP/CDP ,composable architectures, generative AI and MLYou will guide technology strategy and stay ahead of trends across a range of marketing technologies. Guide on building a modern cloud-based, event-driven data systems and common data services that scale to meet the needs of our businessCreate solution architecture around marketing technologies to lead Autodesk transformation growth keeping in mind the Autodesk technical landscapeFrequent collaboration with multiple partners (Go-to-market, Product Managers, Engineering, Architects) to define future state marketing technical needs, design data integrations, understand enterprise landscape and future technology direction to support marketing and business transformationDetermine and implement build versus buy strategies, provide architecture and systems processing guidance ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the enterprise architecture complianceBuild data models, conceptual and logical, in partnership with business and systems architects across marketing domainAbility to take a topic of higher complexity and break it into topics that are clear for technical and non-technical stakeholdersInfluence end-to-end architecture decisions and direction according to our needs and application of modern technologies and methodologiesProvide research and business analysis to assist business architects to work towards upcoming programsEnsure non-functional requirements such as availability, scalability, reliability, security, compliance, and governance are all in placeMinimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical areas.12+ years' experience delivering software with a focus on marketing and CRM domainsExperience working with a cross-section of data integrations (APIs, front-end, backend, security, data, service, persistence layers, automated testing)Domain knowledge of marketing, CRM, ERP, and data analytics tools5+ years experience with marketing / sales systems demonstrating knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo), content management systems, business process mapping, customer journey mapping, and multiple processes including digital marketing, customer relationship managementExperience as an architect for a large organization in major software domainsExperience with compliance and data governance (GDPR, SOX, etc.)Our teams are geographically dispersed and you will need to flex your schedule to accommodate global time zonesLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $148,100 and $239,470. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
