Job Requisition ID #23WD72666Position OverviewAutodesk is currently recruiting for the role of an Account Based Marketing Specialist based in Amman, Jordan. You will be responsible for supporting with the development, implementation, execution and measurement of account cluster-focused programs in collaboration with account-based sales teams in the Middle East. This position will be reporting to the Manager, Account-Based Marketing, who is based in regional headquarters (Dubai, UAE).   Responsibilities Campaign planning and execution: Deploy 1-many and 1-few account-based marketing programs aligned to sales plays based on industry and country-specific content Focus on the buyer’s journey and deploy the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time Support the creation of annual and quarterly marketing plans for clusters of mid-sized accounts that focus on customer acquisition and accelerate existing opportunity close and expansion Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local account engagement programs including agencies, direct mail providers, and fulfilment services Monitor the delivery and execution of plans, and measure effectiveness of resource allocation, efficiency and ROI to inform any adjustments Collaboration and interface: Liaise directly with sales representatives and account teams for account clusters Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities Collaborate with Programmatic ABM, Digital Media Center, Partner Marketing, Industry Marketing, ABM Content, and Marketing Systems & Services partners to ensure marketing coverage of all accounts within portfolios Reporting and analysis: Maintain accurate and actionable understanding of contact data quality for account clusters Review and provide analysis of Account-Based programs and unique account insights with Sales and local ABM team Ensure that each marketing activity is tracked and measured Use data and dashboards to inform future tactics and programmatic campaign adjustments KPI accountability: All relevant ABM KPI’s such as Account Engagement, Executive Engagement, Account Penetration and ultimately Marketing Contribution on Closed/ Won Pipeline  Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years proven experience in B2B demand generation/field marketing experience with proven account-based marketing specific knowledge and skills BA/BS or equivalent work experience Knowledge and experience with sales and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Terminus, Bombora and other tools to identify opportunities for account engagement Strong English speaking and written skills is a must Estimated 20% travel required  Preferred Qualifications Industry experience in AEC or Design & Manufacturing is preferred SaaS experience preferred but not a prerequisite Arabic speaker The Ideal Candidate You are curious, proactive and motivated by results and contribution to pipeline and revenue You’re a modern marketer; knowledgeable and experienced at using a mix of tactics to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time You have a passion for sales and marketing alignment, using your marketing knowledge and experience to drive results, and enjoy working in a collaborative, matrixed, yet fast-paced environment #LI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
