Job Requisition ID #23WD71045Position OverviewAs EMEA Affiliate Program Manager you are part of the Digital & eCommerce team in EMEA and are covering the EMEA Affiliate Programs until May 2026 (maternity cover). You are joining us in very exciting times of business growth. In this position you are responsible for growing Autodesk’s Affiliate Program in EMEA to meet significant financial targets.This role reports to the Senior Director of Digital & eCommerce for EMEA, who is based in Munich. Your key stakeholders include major affiliate networks, key affiliate partners and an international Digital & eCommerce team.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute the regional Affiliate strategy for EMEA to grow the program contribution to the overall Digital & eCommerce business.Actively develop, optimize and innovate all components of the Affiliate program.Work with the regional eCommerce team to support their strategic priorities.Regular analysis and report out of KPIs to key stakeholders and leadership.Ensure operational excellence from setup to measurement and compliance in collaboration with the affiliate network or relevant internal stakeholders.Ensure maximum ROI with the Affiliate budget.Align your initiatives with our inhouse digital marketing teams.Work with your local affiliate network(s) to manage the relationship and grow the program both from a promotional and incremental performance perspective.Collaborate with Affiliate program managers in other geos for alignment across regions, sharing learnings, coordination of shared contracts, and other critical connections.
