You must be a keen listener with stellar consultative skills. This role is important for proactively facilitating change, partnering with the People Business Partner community, and supporting the business. If you are eager to influence and excel at collaboration, this is an opportunity to have an impact.You will report to the Director, People Business Partner, and can be fully remote or hybrid with occasional in-person meetings.ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Partnership & Results:Consult with Finance leaders to implement talent management programs and support talent initiativesCollaborate with leaders to strategize and create solutions. Bring initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, and overall performanceSupport PBP Director in partnering with Finance leaders to assess current talent needs through qualitative and quantitative data analysisEmployee Experience:Cultivate a safe, inclusive environment aligned with our Culture Code.Support annual People projects and participate in functional initiatives.Enhance employee experiences through feedback and collaboration with our Areas of Expertise.Support the People and Places operational model to maximize impact and user experience.Minimum Qualifications5+ years in HR with at least 2 years of partnership with a global businessWorking knowledge of several human resource disciplines and concepts including organizational design and structure, change management, and organizational interventionsExperience executing on objectives by applying previous experience of HR practices and conceptsGreat communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal)Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, basic employment law, and industry best practicesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeFamiliarity with Workday or other HR information systemsProject management and/or program management experienceRelevant experiences in high-tech industryThe Ideal CandidateEmbraces change; great at on-the-spot learning and leading organizational transitionsTeam-driven; fosters authentic, productive, and enjoyable team environmentsInnovative thinker that offers fresh perspectives and challenges the norm.
