Our team keeps a single-minded focus on protecting our customer’s data and their investment in our products by strengthening our applications, underlying services, and network.Position OverviewWe seek a talented and driven do-er leader to serve as Manager - IAM & Collaboration Security. This newly created role will be responsible for all day-to-day for Identity & Access Management and Collaboration & Messaging security efforts at Autodesk.You will set a strategic vision and direction for the program, hire, build and develop a world-class global team, and champion trust efforts through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders. You will evolve our security posture in line with industry-recognized practices, frameworks, and regulations. Your leadership will be critical to ensuring trust outcomes for our customers and the company. You will collaborate with senior leaders to influence engineering and business decisions to improve security.The ideal candidate will have experience driving and implementing security strategies and practices at scale across products, enterprise IT, and hybrid cloud in a fast-moving dynamic environment.This position can be based out of any of our office locations or a home office location.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a team of engineers, including a mix of 3rd-parties and individual contributorsPartner with key stakeholders throughout Autodesk, including engineers, senior management, product management, and program managementEnsure timely uninterrupted delivery of Autodesk's IAM and Collaboration Services  Assess, design, and implement sustainable solutions, operating processes and people models to address key risks in identity governance and access managementAnalyze process, documentation, and workflows with staff performing security and HR to develop gap analysis and identify and prioritize process improvementsAnalyze IAM capabilities, runbooks and documentation to implement sustainable improvements.Analyze Security Collaboration & Messaging capabilities, runbooks and documentation to implement sustainable improvements.Build and deploy security solutions, frameworks, automation, and orchestration to secure, automate and scale critical infrastructure and toolingConsulting on security initiatives related to a mixture of desktop, web, mobile apps, and enterprise applications which all leverage cloud servicesOwn all elements of people management, including developing and hiring a high-quality team Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in the IAM field and supporting services5+ years of experience in the Enterprise Collaboration & Messaging field and supporting servicesStrong security background, especially in the fields of IT security, Enterprise Security, Identity & Access Management, and cloud securityExperience with cloud computing technologies, especially AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure, or GCP (Google Cloud Platform)Highly technical with both tactical and strategic capabilities, including Network Security, Platform Security, Collaboration & Messaging services, IAM, Detection, and Incident Response Decision maker with the ability to operate with freedom and autonomyEmphasis on a data-driven, decision-making mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with distributed teams and other cross-functional stakeholdersHighly collaborative in a fast-paced team environment#ADSKSecurityCareers#LI-JK1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $137,400 and $222,200. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
