Job Requisition ID #23WD72490Position OverviewAs Senior Construction Channel Manager for Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) you will manage a Sales team of partner specialists in EMEA to help us expand construction expertise and overall construction revenue with Autodesk value-added channel partners. You will provide guidance, team management experience, client management experience, a customer service mentality and the ability to work with evolving timelines and circumstances. As a manager, you will help us develop and support the skills of an expanding global team of accomplished sales individuals. You will report to the Senior Director, Partnerships and Digital Sales for ACS. We value hybrid working and if you live near enough to one of our offices you are welcome to work there some or all of the time but remote working is also supported. General contractors, subcontractors, and owners around the world rely on ACS to win more work, enhance collaboration, speed decision-making, reduce risk, and improve overall project outcomes.ResponsibilitiesYou will empower the ACS channel team to support diverse efforts and goals, in collaboration with sales, marketing, enablement and product teamsYou will design, structure, and promote the successful execution of channel partner programs to empower the construction business to succeedYou will develop and expand long-term relationships with channel partnersYou will structure, negotiate, and execute complex deals working with channel partners and ACS sales teamsYou will provide accurate forecast and pipeline updates from strategic channel partners to provide overall visibility into the health of the businessYou will translate partners' feedback into potential product and program enhancements by working with Autodesk R&D, marketing and other teams to influence roadmaps and prioritiesMinimum QualificationsYou will have a minimum of 8 years work experience, including extensive experience in Business Development or Partnerships roles in SaaS companiesYou will have experience exceeding quota and revenue goalsYou are a creative and accomplished manager who takes ownership for your actions and outcomesYou have years of experience managing a team, including remote teams you can influence and motivate colleagues without direct authorityYou have great networking skills with the ability to execute new and diverse plansYour experience includes strategic planning capabilityYou have strong cross-team collaboration skills and an ability to develop plans in a matrixed environment, from beginning to completionYou build relationships with people and contribute value to their projectsYou have excellent presentation and written skills with the ability to correspond at multiple levels of managementYou will collaborate with top management to allow them to remain current on strategies affecting their function and future plansYou will use data to develop business processesYou will have experience working in SaaS/cloud software salesYour experience will include employment in the Construction Industry ideally in SaaS, Cloud or Digital Twin software salesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceYou have a positive approach, are flexible, and enjoy working in a diverse environmentYou will be willing to travel up to 20% both nationally and internationally#LI-SH1#hybridworkLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
