Job Requisition ID #23WD72770Reporting to the Marketing & CX Director APAC, the Field Marketing Manager Asia plans, develops, and executes local marketing programs to drive brand awareness and sales pipeline growth for Autodesk Construction Cloud. The role works closely with field sales and channel partners in support of revenue goals. The Field Marketing Manager Asia collaborates with a wider range of stakeholders, including regional growth marketing, ABM, content, product marketing, WWM teams, and other functions to deliver maximum-impact marketing programs across key segments and regions.Job Responsibilities Develop annual field marketing plan and quarterly programs to deliver pipeline and revenue goals; and support business priorities through partners.Collaborate and support the Autodesk Partner Marketing team on partner marketing plans, marketing development fund planning and other partner activities.Research, prioritize and manage events (live and virtual), ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement, response rates and ROISupport regional campaign launch activations and content requirements.Partner with local industry associations and other 3rd parties to support industry engagement and create demand for Autodesk Construction CloudRun pipeline acceleration workshops in collaboration with sales, pre-sales, and partners.Collaborate with sales, regional marketing & WWM on 1-1 ABM programs.Engage proactively with regional marketing teams to review plans, share local requirements, and provide feedback on regional marketing campaigns.Measure ROI for all activities and analyze the sales funnel to identify areas for continual improvement.Report and present quarterly marketing results and highlights for an internal audienceCommunicate to and educate the sales team about new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional, and local marketing activities.Manage agencies and 3rd party support.Manage and own field marketing budget.Required Competencies At least 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology industry experience with 5 years of experience that includes demand generation, events and field sales supportHigh proficiency in SFDC, MarketoExceptional marketing, planning and project management skillsExperience in reporting, marketing & campaign dashboards and KPIsStrong understanding of the variety of marketing disciplines including traditional, online, social and events and user conferencesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of the online environment and channels in AsiaStrong negotiatorStrong understanding of how to maximize the value of events and meetings as pipeline generation and relationship-building toolsExperience in managing budgetsStrong project management skills and ability to develop and deliver campaigns and programs within a very fast paced, shifting environment.Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervisionOther requirements Thrives from a strong team environment; has a good sense of humor and generally enjoys working with others to drive amazing outcomesKnows that your individual contributions can have a deep impact on the greater team’s resultsMust have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tacticallyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (MS Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is necessaryAbility to work a flexible schedule and travel when requiredExperience in engineering, construction or a related sector would be an advantage, not a must.Diploma or Bachelor level degree in marketing, communicationLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
