If yes, you may be a good fit for Autodesk's Business Process and Architecture Team.Reporting to the Business Process and Architecture Manager, you are an experienced analyst eager to establish robust business process improvement standards to support our efforts to grow Autodesk's Operations. You will partner with our process owners to automate our services to our most strategic enterprise customers.The Business Process and Architecture Team is a dynamic group of project, process, and change management experts responsible for driving operational excellence across Autodesk's Operations by partnering with program leaders to ensure strategic projects and programs are delivered according to established project management, readiness, and business process frameworks.ResponsibilitiesEstablish governance around process improvements (e.g., cadence, process, responsibilities, tools, documentation, storage)Define, maintain, and enforce standards for process maps and supporting documentationSupport business process owners in their efforts to create, optimize, and automate our servicesFacilitate process workshopsObserve processes in actionSolve process-related problemsDrive continuous process improvementMonitor and report on process effectiveness and ensure processes are supporting our goalsKeep our processes and their performance highly visible and accessible to usLeverage Autodesk standards—brand assets, experience, processes, tools, teamsPartner with our readiness teams, as needed, to be sure our teams are prepared for changes to our processes or how we govern themMinimum Requirements3+ years of business process mapping or re-engineering or similar experienceExpert skills with process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, EDP, etc.)Ability to understand process details and how they link to our strategy and goalsFacilitate working sessions and drive outcomesAble to initiate and nurture relationships at all levelsProficiency in EnglishPreferred QualificationsYou have experience with design thinking and user researchYou have knowledge of enterprise contact centers and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, etc.)You have sales, customer success, or customer support experience#LI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
