Position Overview
The Enterprise Account Sales Executive (EASE) is an important sales role that works in cooperation with Named Account Sales Executives (NASE) with a specific focus on finding and closing growth opportunities inside existing EBA accounts. This is a new business sales role focused on accounts with a high-growth potential to uncover and qualify usage-based expansion opportunities.
You will report to the Named Accounts, Expansion Team Sales Leader and it is a fully remote role in the United States.

Responsibilities:
You will identify, develop, and gain customer commitment for new expansion opportunities within select strategic EBA Accounts.Exceed annual and multi-year business targets, maximize individual usage-based sales opportunities.Gain an understanding of the customer's corporate programs and desired outcomes to uncover and pursue growth opportunities that link Autodesk's solutions to the customer's goals.Ensure growth within the assigned accounts by coordinating with the NASE and the Technical Solution Executives (TSEs) to conduct whitespace planning, ongoing agreement, and ensure customer engagement across expansion cycles.Partner with the NASE, TSE and Customer Success Manager (CSM) on Account strategy and goals.
Growth Development:
Develop important relationships within the account, including Key Executives.Conduct discovery activities and value assessments for customers.Translate customer's challenges and opportunities into unique value.Contribute to an Account Business plan and execute upon the growth aspects of the plan.You will manage pipeline and forecast with the NASE for all assigned accounts for growth opportunities.You will provide accurate and detailed expansion opportunity forecasts.Use chosen sales processes and methodologies.
Growth Leadership:
Coordinate, influence, and orchestrate all the appropriate resources needed for opportunity growth development.Growth advocacy through building and influencing a global/ virtual team (sales, support, and consulting).We develop mature relationships across Autodesk geographies and business departments.We contribute to the Broader Autodesk Team.We contribute to Autodesk outside of assigned Accounts, such as bringing ideas into the business, and developing sales tools or novel approaches.
Ideal Candidate
8+ years quota carrying sales experience in large accounts with a record of sales achievement.Relationship-based software experience selling to the C suite.Knowledge of cloud-enabled technologies, SaaS, AWS.AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction), Manufacturing or Automotive experience.Experience with Enterprise Information Management, data platforms and workflows (ECM, PLM, PIM, BIM).You will demonstrate 'influence without authority' in a team-based environment.You will develop long-term business relationships.You will manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive.You have empathy for customers.You are motivated, determined and integrity focused.Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $206,150 and $286,000. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
