You will iterate the development of our onboarding programs and welcome new hires from all parts of the globe to ACS through live-led onboarding classes. You will be part of the next evolution of onboarding at ACS. Your target audience is our internal sales and channel partner teams. The program requires a comprehensive approach to onboarding that includes learning, training, manager engagement and other experiences that make new sales or channel employees feel welcomed, motivated, and prepared to engage with customers. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement.You will join the Revenue Operations Sales Enablement team within the Autodesk Construction Sales (ACS) organization. We are the crew that enables the sales, technical sales, and partner organizations with the knowledge they need to be successful. We like taking on new challenges that deliver awesome results.ResponsibilitiesPartner with other teams to develop role-based onboarding programsWork with sales, customer success, marketing, and operations to create onboarding content and certificationsEngage HR, managers, and other partners in the onboarding experienceBring creative approaches to accelerate the onboarding process and make it a modern and engaging approach that reflects the Autodesk brandAdvocate for talent development and helping our quota carrying reps achieve their sales goals quicklyCreate and communicate the impact your programs have on the businessMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent5+ years of experience in program management, sales, channel development, talent development, learning/training, or construction project management1+ year of experience managing onboarding programs for sales, customer success, or technical staff (including channel partners)2+ years of experience working with a global teamThe Ideal CandidateYou are passionate about learning and talent development - You want to help others perform better. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $84,300 and $145,420. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
