Job Requisition ID #23WD71271Position Overview  An exciting opportunity to lead the Mid-Market D&M (Design & Manufacturing) team in the Central Europe. Autodesk is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader with natural sales instincts to lead the Autodesk Mid-Market team in Central Europe focused on driving expansion with important customers focused on the Design & Manufacturing Industries. The preferred candidate should have a track record of developing high performing teams and will work with their peers to innovate and share best practices. This is a director level role and the appointed candidate will take a proactive role in shaping Autodesk's position in this rapidly changing market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfactionLead the activities of sales team, including hiring, coaching talent, team culture and performance managementManage execution of strategic sales and marketing programs, including product launches, trade shows, channel development events, and customer forums. Will require collaboration with others in the extended team not reporting to this roleCreate a compelling value proposition in government segment and coaching their team to sell solutions with clear Return on InvestmentAssist Autodesk's partners in developing sales and marketing plans related to Autodesk's industry solutionsProvide insight to our internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunitiesResponsible for leveraging CRM tools and our methodologies to process and follow up on opportunitiesCompetition Analysis by keeping informed about Market Trends & achieving market share metricsHelp our team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutionsEncourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizationsLead the team to focus on exceeding assigned quotas - generating incremental new business and maintains and maximizes existing revenue stream/renewalsAssess requirements, develop strategies, define Vision and Goals, and adapt & manage changeHold team members accountable for their contribution to weighted pipeline through regular pipeline management routinesBe accountable for high quality forecast by striving to match quarterly budget and within defined margins of errorWork with partners & partner managers to identify gaps in business coverage and enablement, direct team on activities to address themManage gears team’s effort toward net AOV (Annual Order Value) growth across the full portfolio of accounts ​Minimum Qualifications10+ years of experience with 4+ years experience of leading a successful sales team in a mid-market B2B environment offering complex business solutionsSales process and account planning skills (TAS, Value Based Selling or similar recognized sales methodology)Performance management experienceExecutive selling and relationship experienceChannel sales experience working with partners and Sis (System Integrators) on complex dealsComplex deal negotiation experience with experience varying Tender/Procurement processesEnglish language fluency (written and oral)Preferred QualificationsExperience in the Design & Manufacturing IndustriesSaaS Sales backgroundGerman language fluency (written and oral)Degree qualified #LI-GC1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
