Job Requisition ID #23WD72959Position OverviewAs a Partner Services Manager within the Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) organization, your primary responsibility is to retain and expand construction customers over the Elite Partner Network. Your role is important in driving revenue for Autodesk by ensuring the use of cloud solutions and fulfilling customers' desired outcomes through our Partner network.Reporting to the GEO Manager of Partner Services, you will ensure that your assigned ACS Elite Partners' customers are achieving their desired outcomes by using our Cloud Solutions. Your main task is driving proactive product adoption with the Partners Services team. This includes; provide support in scoping and delivering of services, implementing repeatable Services and adoption play, analyzing data and Partner/Customer feedback to identify patterns of success. You will guide communication between Partners and the ACS team in product roadmap discussions, bring Partners on Beta programs and help on Partner Bootcamps and regular Services calls.Workplace type: Please note that the location for this position is flexible and can be based in multiple locations (hybrid, onsite, fully remote)We welcome candidates from all EMEA countries to apply.ResponsibilitiesYou will support Elite Partners in onboarding new construction customers, ensuring they achieve positive goalsYou will coach Partners in expanding solution adoption at their customers' organizations, while recommending best practices to improve post-purchase usageYou will exceed target goals, such as CSAT, Monthly active Users, retention rates and Partner/Customers Services Impact storiesYou will participate in regular check-in calls, webinars, and mentoring sessions with Partners and their customers are part of your responsibilitiesYou will monitor account health, identify churn risk, and work with the Partners post sales services team to mitigate that riskYou will increase product usage and adoption of the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) across the Elite Partner Network is an important objectiveYou will establish trusted advisor relationships with Partners and their customers, advocating for their needs within the ACS teamYou will build scalable processes and collaborating with multiple partners and teams, both internally and externally, is something you enjoy and excel atYou will identify positive outcomes, necessary capabilities, and forums to increase awareness of Partner servicesYou will support Partners in scoping and co-delivering servicesYou will educate Partners' Post Sales Team during Regular Remote Sessions and onside BootcampsMinimum QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B roleExperience in Customer Success, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Account ManagementAbility to travel up to 30% to visit Partners and customersCuriosity and the ability to understand the complexities of the construction industryPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in the Construction Industry, such as Project Manager, VDC Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, or ForemanExperience of AEC workflows and familiarity with BIM solutions focused on ConstructionExperience with ACS Solutions (BIM 360, Plangrid, Assemble, ACC) or similar Construction/Project Management solutions would be beneficialThe Ideal CandidateYou have a understanding of Autodesk's direction and strategy to become the leading construction platform companyYou are passionate about driving digitization and digitalization in the AEC industry and enjoy discussing these topics with our Elite Partner Network#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
