Job Requisition ID #23WD73070Position OverviewThe Senior Manager, Expansion Team, Named Accounts Sales, EMEA leads a team of Enterprise Account Sales Executives (EASEs) who drive expansion with our largest enterprise customers headquartered in the EMEA. In this important sales management role, you direct EASE team members on both account strategy—leading them to build sustained business growth that meets Autodesk goals. You report into the Director EMEA with the opportunity to work from anywhere in Europe. We ask that you are an experienced sales manager with a proven track record of success.ResponsibilitiesSales Team LeadershipManage a team of EASEs who are assigned to a defined set of Named Accounts in EMEAEnsure that the EASE team in EMEA meets sales targets for token usage and expansion salesDrive individual and team results, and accountability, by supporting the EASEs as they work to:Build "trusted advisor" relationships with both customers and Autodesk account team membersDevelop and close expansion sales opportunities with assigned accountsPrioritize expansion opportunities that support customer projects and help customers achieve desired outcomes with Autodesk solutionsProvide guidance on account planning and coach direct reports to improve their plans by focusing on areas such as: the customer's projects; political agreement and executive support; risk identification and mitigation; and understanding of Autodesk strategiesDevelop professional internal and external presentations; join customer meetings demonstrating expertiseLead by example—building and promoting a team culture that represents Autodesk valuesSales Forecasting & Business ManagementDeliver accurate business forecastsEnsure that the EASE team uses business planning resources, including those within Salesforce.comProvide input to senior management to positively influence strategic planning. This includes sharing customer feedback on product opportunities and challengesContribute to the business by developing new ideas and approaches, creating new sales tools, and participating in special projectsCross-Functional AgreementEstablish relationships with team leaders in other Autodesk organizations, such as Technical Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, Worldwide Marketing, Product Development, and Industry StrategyCoordinate, influence, and help orchestrate all extended team resources to ensure team effectiveness and positive outcomesEngage with other EASE team leaders around the globe to share best practices, identify challenges, discover potential opportunities.Minimum Qualifications8+ years of sales experience with success in exceeding sales goalsExperience with achievement as a team leader—preferably including experience in a technology company that sells software with subscription or usage-based business modelsExperience using creative and proactive approaches to conflict resolution, coaching, recognition, and performance managementExperience providing sales forecastsFamiliarity with technology and business trends in Autodesk target industriesExperience leading strategic programs in a matrixed environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePosition can be based anywhere in Europe, remote.#LI-PS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
