Guide and initiate creative program strategies, collaborate, ensure and influences channel support of the programs. Establish and implement guidelines to ensure consistency while ensuring creating and modifying strategies to meet the needs of customers in different countries.You will report to Manager, License Compliance. You will work on a hybrid model based out at Philippines.This is a Hybrid job.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, and monitors License Compliance Campaign strategy to exceed revenue planIdentify and capture sales opportunities with our customers who have under-licensed Autodesk software product.Guide compliance reconciliation purchases and use compliance as a compelling event in consolidation purchases.Research and identify under-licensed accounts and work with sales team to develop a sales approach and strategy to reconcile customer accountsUnderstand legal compliance framework and exercising high-level judgment, develop a sales approach and strategy toStructures and implements Enterprise Compliance programs by industry segmentsCollaborate with local sales organization and legal department on development of strategies for Autodesk's License Compliance programsInfluence channel to get leads; collaborates with sales to grow incremental business in targeted accounts to meet quarterly and annual revenue expectationCollaborate on best practices and guides License Compliance strategies with other geographies; recognize cultural sensitivity and adjust programs to local cultureInfluence and use anti-piracy projects i.e., collaborate with Autodesk authorized channel to promote Autodesk's anti-piracy program; identify opportunities and roll out anti-piracy programs for participation by the authorized channelMonitor and review long-term goals of the program and ensure campaigns are performed within budget and License Compliance revenue targets are metEnsure that all investments are madely and logically with the best return on investmentTrack metrics and ensure balance of sales and enforcement activity is maintainedDevelop training material and deliver training to sales staff on approaching under licensed accountsEducate and motivate channel partners to participate in LC programMay make presentations to customers about the benefits of Autodesk softwareTypically requires 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree;Typically 0–2 years of field sales experience. Exclude sales traineesTypically requires 1 year field sales experience.
