Leading and completing tasks and projects quickly will help you succeed in this role. You will have a strong sense of when to take action while balancing multiple important requests with appropriate urgency. Build an in-depth knowledge of company operations and procedures.This person will be based in a home office and is fully remote.ResponsibilitiesHandle confidential information dealing with senior professionals both inside and outside the companyManage scheduling and maintaining calendars for multiple leaders in the organizationPlan and arrange travel for leadership team including expense reportsOwn event planning from scheduling, contract negotiations, budgeting, coordination, catering, registration, prepping space for arrival, and communication of logistics to attendeesManage operational information such as email alias, travel expenses, new hire logistics, purchase orders for the wider organization within Autodesk policyPrepare agendas, take notes, and distribute meeting minutes and presentationsBe the program manager for important projects for the team. Manage meetings, timelines, documentation, and report out on metrics and status. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $64,600 and $104,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
