We focus on cloud and integration technologies, methods, and architectures.Autodesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep experience in enterprise data platforms, insights, and data platform technologies to join the newly formed Data Products & Insights Product Management Group within ESE. We are accelerating data development and making huge investments in Big Data, Data Products, Data Insights, and Enterprise Data Management. Central to that effort is our Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) which will be a Single Source of Truth (SSoT) across the company. As part of that, we have a need for a seasoned professional with deep experience in modern cloud-based and cloud-native data architectures and technologies.ResponsibilitiesDefine, promote, and evolve a holistic product strategy and vision for the Enterprise Data Hub (EDH), identifying new areas of impact through market and user research, while driving business outcomes across the enterprise through improved self-service, automation, and intelligent product experiencesDefine and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps for EDH aligned to our goals, while providing product thought leadership to land quantifiable impact throughout executionDevelop and define comprehensive PRDs & success metricsPartner with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas of synergies while driving to eliminate duplicative efforts in own team and across the organizationDefine OKRs including the measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap to land the committed business impactOversee delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with Eng with Product Management accountable for landing business impact as the "CEO of product capability set"Lead through uncertainty with proactive anticipation and mitigation of risks, managing partners, and guiding the team towards vision that you've definedEnsure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s and stakeholder management best practicesPartner with and influence strategic vendor relationships & roadmapsMinimum QualificationsDeep experience driving strategy, vision, and implementation of enterprise data platforms, partnering with enterprise architects, engineering, and multiple stakeholders (business, legal, compliance)10+ years of experience in product managementOverall 8+ years of experience managing data platforms roadmapsExcellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences - internal, external, business, and technicalExceptional planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management & analysis skillsBS Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalentPreferred QualificationsMS Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalentExperience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees a plusTechnical fluency; understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team membersYou are a natural leader with a visionYou have a passion for being a mentor and a teacherYou take risks and can make quick decisionsYou can take vague requirements, clarify, and drive them to execution#LI-RM2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $151,400 and $244,860. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
