In this technical solutions role, you will partner with one of our strategic enterprise accounts, a global collective of designers, consultants and experts dedicated to sustainable development. You will be a high value business partner to your customer. To achieve this, you will develop high value relationships, understand their vision, mission, and strategy, and help them realise their goals by developing solutions.
Internally you will partner with the sales executive, our enterprise customer success and technical support organisation. Collaboration is important and you will need to engage a network of partners to develop the optimum solutions for the customer in the most efficient timeframe.

What you will do
You will report to the Manager of Technical Solutions, Named Accounts.Develop high value relationships through a customer-centric approach.Be the customer advocate internally within Autodesk.Be the customer's primary Autodesk technical contact for discussion and exploration.Lead technical discovery to help uncover customer projects and use this information to help connect with Autodesk solutions to deliver valueProvide guidance in creating requirements definitions, scope documents, user needs studies, process, and project assessments for sales opportunities to help make a business case.Provide insight and guidance to customers by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of processes & technology trends within the AECindustryDevelop trusted working relationships with the Autodesk extended teams (sales team, customer success organisation, global technical sales, marketing, product team)Share best practices, competitive information, innovation, and experiences within the sales organisation, product divisions, and technical sales organisation locally and globally
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years of AEC industry or related experience2+ years of experience in executive engagementDegree, education or equivalent work experience in the AEC industry.Knowledge of the Autodesk solution portfolioSolution focused approach to solving customer challengesExperience in or interest in sales-supporting function (e.g., presales)Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus buildingStrong teamwork skillsYou work independently and stay focussed while manage multiple prioritiesAbility to travel up to 40% within the EMEA regionLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
