We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our team and you will report to Prodsmart Customer Success & Implementation Manager. As an Implementation Manager, you will work with large global manufacturing organizations, enriching your experience in manufacturing processes. You will be on the latest with Prodsmart's customers, providing them the tools to improve operations and business-related activities. Preference for candidates able to work hybrid/remote from our Barcelona or Lisbon office. Responsibilities Conduct Trials, ensuring the best customer experience and providing support to Account Executives and Technical Specialists.Manage a portfolio of leads from the industrial field, supporting new business deals and managing their implementation and onboarding in Prodsmart.Collaborate with our teams to ensure seamless execution of Autodesk strategy.Assist Go-to-market teams on insights and best practices, contributing to blog posts, strategies, best practices, white papers, case studies, webinars, or other relevant communication tools about related subjects.Use methodologies to help fast track improvements, supporting deployment of modern tools across the customer organization. Minimum Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or consultant role.Industry/Manufacturing experience.2+ years experience driving value to the customer.2+ years of experience exhibiting efficiency, collaboration.Conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis.Troubleshoot.2+ years of experience working customers virtually.In English plus German or Italian.
