Job Requisition ID #23WD72468Position Overview This is a Program Manager - Intern position for the Platform team within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS) organization. This team defines and builds the software platform that the Fusion 360 family of products is built upon. The mission of the group is to drive developer productivity, device independence and consistency. We are on a multi-year journey to disrupt the Design to Manufacture world with Fusion 360 by delivering un-precented value and converging workflows with cloud-based technology. We are rapidly combining many world-leading technologies and teams into the Fusion 360 family. The Program Manager Intern will help our Platform teams deliver our vision with high transparency and efficiency by providing program leadership and improving processes. You are motivated and enjoy solving problems with both curiosity and determination. You are passionate about helping teams identify and achieve their goals. Responsibilities: Hands-on, end-to-end, management of Platform programs Collaborate with team members consisting of business and technical stakeholders to build clear program plans and establish milestones Drive adoption planning activities for platform technologies and best practices Provide oversight and support throughout the lifecycle to ensure teams are progressing towards milestone targets Manage risks and inform stakeholders of potential impacts Champion agile practices (e.g., planning, retrospectives, etc.) within project and program teams Participate in events that enable cross-functional team effectiveness (e.g., Communities of Practice, Scrum of Scrums, demos and project retrospectives) Support program and project-level status meetings Regularly and reliably contribute to project progress communications for stakeholders within and outside of the program teams Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements that will increase efficiency and accuracy Utilize project tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, etc.) to monitor program status Collaborate using tools such as Slack and Confluence Minimum Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field Detailed driven with excellent problem-solving abilities Able to effectively communicate with broad audiences Zeal for process and operational excellence Uses technical tools to grow programs and solutions The Ideal Candidate Have the technical expertise required to support program teams Establish relationships with stakeholder and manage their expectations Excited to work with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Architects, and Experience Designers Is responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment Agile focused coursework or certification Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
