Non-CA Pay Range (Annual):$104,600.00 - $194,200.00At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.Infinera also offers paid leave, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, and disability insurance and toeligible employees.Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: As Staff SAP FICO Analyst, this individual will maintain the SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) module. This role must possess the capability to analyze business and technical requirements; develop solutions to address the requirements; and provide subject matter expertise to end users to improve business processes and fully utilize SAP functionality. The individual needs a strong knowledge of business processes cross-functionally in the High-Tech industry in addition to the deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem. The role will be based out of Richardson, Texas (remote a possibility for the right candidate). Strong understanding of SAP FICO process flow with conceptual accounting knowledgeSupport business teams with product backlog grooming, story sizing and then be responsible for the project till go-liveLead design presentation sessions with cross-functional IT and business audienceParticipate in project execution following Infinera’s project life cycle methodology including design, configure, test and go live activitiesPrioritize own work and as appropriate lead project tracksPropose conceptual and detailed designs to support the business needs, produce design documents, functional specificationsWork with end users in defining the as-is current process, suggest to-be future process, identify gaps and develop/deploy solutionsDevelop training materials and train end users as necessaryAbility to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter expertsAbility to handle multiple issues/tasks simultaneouslyBe a thought leader for leveraging SAP to solve business and IT problems including process automation, improving efficiencies and reducing costsMinimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:10+ Years of Hands-On functional SAP FICO experience with complex projects3+ full cycle of SAP FICO implementations and production support experienceConfiguration expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Accounts Payable, Bank Management, Fixed Asset, Closing, Intercompany, Taxes, Month-end/ Quarter-end processes, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order, Product Costing, Profitability AnalysisExposure to integration with other modules such as SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PS, BPC. Knowledge in data migration/update functionality using LSMW/MASS tools.Able to build and review detailed functional & technical documents for new or improvements to various type of SAP FICO system components consisting of but not limited to: Database, Reports, Function modules, Transactions, Interfaces, Output processingSupport implementation of SAP ECC (FICO) solutions to meet the specified business requirements (scoping, design, localization, realization, testing, migration, training, go-live, production support)Knowledge and usage of different methodologies like Agile, SAP ASAP, SAP Activate and hybrid modelsNice to have exposure on S/4HANA Finance, SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), Treasury and Risk Management, Concur, Vendor Invoice Management, Vertex, BPC, Project SystemExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work with Microsoft Office Suite and JiraMust be able to adapt 8-hour working day to accommodate bulk of internal customers being in US, EMEA and India basedEducation Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information SystemsPreferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Solid understanding of SAP FICO configuration and best practicesSAP ECC 6.0 SAP FICO Expert and knowledge of S/4HANA Finance preferredHigh-Tech industry experienceCollaborate with both functional and IT technical teams and Business SMEs to realize solutions for cross-functional areasExperience working or interfacing with Salesforce, SAP, Blackline, Concur, Vendor Invoice Management, Vertex, BPC, Project System etc.Infinera is an equal opportunity employer.
