Non-CA Pay Range (Annual):$69,300.00 - $128,700.00At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The Order Management Analyst works with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal and other functional groups as required to ensure orders accurate, processed in a timely manner, comply with order processing guidelines, contractual and revenue/SOX compliance. The Order Management Analyst will be experienced in a high complexity order-processing environment, possess a strong understanding of cross-functional impacts of transactions, and be flexible and solution-oriented. Become an integral part of a high energy, fast-paced team with significant opportunities to make a positive impact on the business.Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:To provide order management support to a global customer baseReview the PO and process the sales orders to ensure Infinera’s compliance with the corporate booking policy, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, revenue compliance and internal guidelinesReview customer contracts to understand the terms and conditions as and when neededReview Salesforce reports/dashboards on regular basis and work with the related parties to close the issuesCreate user documentation for the Order Management groupResolve pricing and discount discrepancies when they ariseProvide internal reporting as neededPerform ad hoc projects, UAT testing and administrative duties as they are assignedMinimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Minimum of 5 years order administration experience preferredSAP & Salesforce experience preferredExperience in International Order ProcessingGeneral knowledge of revenue recognition and/or work experience in a publicly traded companyExperience with high volume environment with complex pricing and contractsStrong coordination skills are required with the ability to multitaskWorks well with minimal supervision; works well with othersMust be highly detailed oriented to be able to reconcile order details to the customer purchase order and complex contractsMust have excellent written, verbal and math skillsBasic understanding of sales tax, VAT and IncotermsIntermediate Excel skillsLI-DW1LI-RemoteInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
