Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About The Role: The Security Awareness Specialist is charged with assisting the Security Awareness Manager to protect CrowdStrike from a wide range of threats through security awareness and education. The mission of the role is to ensure every employee and contractor puts “Security First” in their day-to-day jobs while ensuring everyone knows how to stay safe online at work and home. You’ll be responsible for supporting and helping to manage strategies, methodologies, communication campaigns, and training plans to raise the awareness of cybersecurity across the organization.What You'll Do: Support CrowdStrike’s security education and awareness program across all formats for our employees, contractors, executives and technical operating personnel.Manage reporting metrics on selected initiatives, including designing and developing business intelligence dashboards using Tableau.Develop selected communications and selected training materials to include training handbooks, article and blog posts, awareness content, computer and web-based tutorials.Research and study advancements in security offerings and methods.Consult with Global Security, HR, Legal Communications and other teams as needed.What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Program Management, or related field.Experience delivering Education and Awareness programs.Ability to contribute creative and innovative solutions to security and risk related issues.Program management experience and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to research, summarize, and write articles on a wide range of technical and non-technical topics.Ability to navigate diverse global perspectives and promote an inclusive and collaborative environment.Demonstrated ability to work with technical subject matter experts and translate that information seamlessly to non- technical employees and stakeholders.Excellent communication skills and the ability effectively collaborate with technical and senior business staff and management.Experience in typical office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.Experience with Tableau, including designing and developing business intelligence dashboards using Tableau, preferably for business intelligence.Fundamental understanding of key technologies such as Windows, Linux, and Apple operating systems, networks, application development tools.#LI-Remote#LI-RC1This role will require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass additional background and fingerprint check(s) consistent with government customer requirements.Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $50,000 - $90,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
