We’re looking for an energetic Partner Marketing Manager to take ownership of joint marketing initiatives for CrowdStrike’s Global System Integrators (GSIs), across three regions. This role will predominantly focus on strategic GSI partnerships. This individual, reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing - Global Alliances, will strategize and execute global partner marketing programs supporting CrowdStrike’s sales and growth goals. This is a global role with global responsibility. Flexibility, agility and ability to prioritize is critical. Day-to-day, you’ll connect with a multitude of teams including business development, alliance leadership, field marketing, global events, customer advocacy, data and analytics, procurement, communications, and campaigns to name a few. A strong executive presence is key.With a results-driven marketing and partner background, this bold leader is a subject matter expert for marketing-with and selling-through prioritized, strategic GSIs. What You'll Do:Design globally-scalable demand generation activities producing leads and referrals to drive impact for our GSI partners. Drive strategy and execution for global partner marketing programs focused on awareness, demand, enablement, customer advocacy and engagement. Execute strategic programs with flawless attention to detail and fierce commitment to tracking success.Ensure partner and CrowdStrike teams are equipped to drive customer demand for joint solutions.Build a scalable, field-friendly partner demand generation engine (i.e. co-branded integrated. campaigns, events, tools, and content) to drive pipeline for CrowdStrike and GSI partners.Lead engaging conversations with BD and marketing teams to develop joint GTM marketing plans that tie to revenue goals.Cultivate relationships with partner sales teams to understand business and align with GTM initiatives.Work with a virtual cross-functional team of product marketing, sales enablement and marketing managers to ensure overall execution against strategic objectives and priorities.Manage budget to ensure partner investments deliver pipeline and ROI.Be an internal advocate for partners among key CrowdStrike stakeholders and leadership.What You'll Need:Eight years experience marketing; 3-5 years experience in partner marketing programs. Previous work experience with strategic, high-visibility GSIs or solution providers preferred. Marketing at a SaaS company, within the partner ecosystem and field programs, is beneficial.Relentless commitment to tracking success metrics and optimizing programs.Self-directed approach in prioritizing and executing multiple, simultaneous programs.
